I have been quite the blogger slacker! I started this blog in hopes to share with you all the healthy, delicious foods I’m eating to stay balanced and motivated. I started school on the 22nd and it’s going to be a tough semester! I’m taking First Aid & CPR, FCS, and CHEM 111! Chem 111 will not get the best of me! Bring it on Chemistry! I find if I have a bad attitude or a poor mind- set, I usually fail or get lost in the feeling of frustration. Instead, I focus on the positive and it makes life a lot simpler! I find I also do better when I change the way I think about certain situations. Try it for yourself! Go in with a winning attitude and you will see that life is a lot less painful!
In other news, I participated in the Owatonna Rotary run last Saturday. It wasn’t my greatest run! It was a 4 mile run and I finished in about 33 minutes. I had the worst stomach all morning, but I decided to give it a try anyways! You would not believe some of these runners, there was a runner who finished in 21 minutes. There were a couple runners who were qualifying to go to the Olympics!! How impressive!!! I took a few pictures which I will put up later tonight!
I will start posting more food and recipes this week as well!!!
